We primarily cooperate with top-tier international couriers, including UPS (United Parcel Service) and DHL (Express), providing end-to-end tracking, maximum security, and high-efficiency clearing.

2. Shipping Methods

Depending on your budget and urgency, we offer two primary modes of transportation:

  • Air Freight: Ideal for high-value items or time-sensitive shipments.

  • Sea Freight: Best suited for bulk orders, large oversized items, and cost-effective inventory replenishment.

3. Shipping Tiers & Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)

Tier 1 (Express) 3 - 6 Business Days Urgent orders. Dispatched via DHL/UPS Express Air, prioritizing customs clearance and direct local delivery.

Tier 3 (Economy) 7 - 15 Business Days Bulk and oversized cargo. Dispatched via Fast Ocean Freight paired with local UPS/FedEx ground delivery to minimize shipping costs.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Remote Area Policy & Order Modifications

(Please read carefully before placing your order to avoid disputes or delivery failures)

1. Remote Area Identification & Surcharges

  • Definition: Delivery addresses located in extreme/remote geographic areas (e.g., islands, mountain regions, military bases, or low-density rural zones) may be classified as "Remote Areas" or "Extended Delivery Areas" by DHL and UPS.

  • Verification: We reserve the right to verify your zip/postal code against the official carrier registry. If your address is flagged, a Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) will apply.

2. Potential Delivery Delays in Remote Areas

  • Please note that the standard ETAs listed in the table above DO NOT apply to remote destinations.

  • Due to limited local courier routing, shipments to remote areas may require an additional 5 - 10 business days on top of the original shipping tier.

3. Order Cancellation & Order Rejection Prevention (Anti-Chargeback Clause)

  • Prior Notification: If your address is identified as a remote area, our support team will contact you via email regarding the surcharge and the extended timeline before dispatching the goods.

  • No Fault Cancellation: If you do not wish to pay the remote surcharge or accept the extended timeline, you may request a full refund prior to shipment.

  • Dispatch Finality: Once the package is handed over to the carrier (UPS/DHL) and a tracking number is generated, orders CANNOT be cancelled or refunded due to delivery delays caused by geographic remoteness. Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed under these circumstances will be contested using this policy as binding evidence.

4. General Disclaimers

  • Business Days: All delivery windows are calculated in "Business Days" (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays in both the origin and destination countries.

  • Customs & Force Majeure: Actual delivery times may fluctuate due to customs inspections, regulatory delays, extreme weather conditions, or peak logistics seasons (e.g., Q4 shopping holidays). We are not liable for delays caused by these uncontrollable factors.
